"If I didn’t really need what I purchased for tonight, I would’ve asked for a refund immediately. I will never give this particular store any more of my business. Unfortunately, I had to encounter the most laziest, non empathetic, nasty attitude cashier girl. She don’t deserve the job. She barely wanted to get out of the lawn chair to check customers out nor be helpful. Just a disgusting waste of human life. The real Grinch of Tallahassee."

"Worst Ace is Tallahassee. Three trips to this location now, every time the staff has been either rude or not willing to help. Any other ACE in town, the employees are tripping over themselves to assist you. Not this store. The employees of the location are an embarrassment to the Franchise."
