"The first project we had completed by Kitchencounters went very well, and we were very pleased with the outcome. That was a Butler’s pantry. We then decided to have our kitchen remodeled and hoped for the same outcome. Unfortunately, it was anything but what we had hoped for. The kitchen cabinets were damaged when delivered, our quartz countertop was cut incorrectly, and now has caulk to close the gap, and the plumber that was hired by the subcontractor had to come back 3 times to repair a leak that he created. The sub contractor that does the tile work was very rude and never apologized for his attitude or lack of professionalism. Neither did Kitchencounters. They accept no responsibility for the employees they contract with or their actions As I said, the first project was great, but the kitchen was a nightmare. I would definitely avoid using them."

"Over the past 3 years my husband and I have used Kitchen-encounters for 3 renovation projects at our home. We have been VERY pleased with the staff, services and ultimately the super upgrades for our home, which we use and enjoy every day. Our first, largest and most complicated project was a total kitchen renovation that started with wall removals and demolition. Working through the design, budgeting, trade subcontractors and construction was very challenging, even overwhelming at times, and Kitchen-encounters helped us every step of the way. When we had a problem or dilemma they helped identify options or solutions that allowed us to move forward in a logical and prudent way. The trade subcontractors (drywall, tile, countertops, etc.) that came into our house were prompt, competent, courteous and took pride in their workmanship. Our second project was a master bathroom renovation and we just recently completed a backyard kitchen. Based on our experiences, we would not hesitate to recommend Kitch-encounters to anyone interested in a kitchen or bathroom upgrade, for either new construction or a renovation project."

"We had an awful experience with Kitch-encounters on our recent kitchen remodel. Our coordinator was disorganized and unreliable which resulted in multiple delays/errors throughout the project. The actual work done was excellent, and that is thanks to the subcontractors used. Paul and Dex were wonderful to work with and we appreciate their professionalism. It’s unfortunate that we cannot recommend this company to all our friends and family who are now asking about the beautiful finished product.
