"Did your Mac screen crack and stop working? Please just got to FloridaPro! I made the mistake of going to Best Buy. It took them four weeks to fix my laptop and they never called me. Two weeks after paying $100 for the repair, I called and they told me the laptop was ready for pick up. When I went in, my laptop was still cracked! There was a mistake with my account, but no one called to tell me this. I had to go into the store for them to send it for repair. The employee recognized it was a mistake and told me he would “expedite” my request. It took them two more weeks to actually fix it and they never called me when the repair was done. Their job is send the laptop to a location that can fix it and communicate with the client about their laptop. They messed both of these things up. Each time I went, I waited about 15 minutes to be seen. It was a terrible experience and I regret ever choosing the Geek Squad at Tallahassee for my repair."
"We paid for an appointment no one showed up and they changed the status of my appointment to completed. After calling them out on it i was told i have to go to the store and TRY and get my refund that way, As i told the operator my appointment and my money wasnt taken in the store so why should i have to go there wait in line to hear some hogwash. This is a scam. I would NEVER recommend using them for anything."
"Made an appointment online to get a S22 Ultra back glass repair. Drove an hour here, only for employees to tell me they don't carry android parts only iPhone. Not sure why customer service allowed me to make the appointment for the phone knowing they didn't have the parts. They turned me to a another mobile repair service nearby only for them to tell me they'd have to order the parts. Big waste of time."
"I had purchased an open box washer and dryer. When they showed up they only had the dryer and could not find the washer on any of their delivery trucks or in the warehouse. I was told that they cancelled my order and I would have to come to the store for a refund. A few hours later they called and said they had located the washer in the warehouse and would install it a few days later. Once it was set up and they had left the washer began making a loud noise when it reached the spin cycle. We put in a request for support and they gave a time period from 9 to 1 pm on Saturday and no one showed up by 4 pm. No phone calls or any form of notification. So I spent two days home from work and my Saturday at home and still do not have the issue resolved. The only golden lining was Robert that delivered the washer was extremely professional and caring of what had occurred. At 4:15 I reached Geek Squad support that stated that the technician went home sick several hours prior and no one notified us. This is the worst customer service ever."
