"This company was unorganized, unprofessional, untimely and does not care about the customer. They speak nicely and that's all. Their service as a whole was 1 star at best. They had a mother in law that was unable to provide pricing or information in regards to products and services handling all of their business with me. All information was 3rd hand and I was misquoted 3 times after making my request verbally and in writing via email. I am not sure if this was due to bias as an individual or if this is how all of their business is handled. I wanted to support my community business however it was a waste of 3 weeks. I spoke to the owner on Friday and was told id receive a call on Saturday and never received a call or voicemail or any return communication. Very disappointed potential customer. In response to ( co-owner) Mrs. Jacqueline response, If I were the co-owner I would NEVER come back and reply on the internet with a load of excuses (another example of un-professionalism) as well. Your mother or mother in law was VERY SWEET and I never once had the need to speak to an elderly woman in a rude manner. However, it is YOUR FAULT, that she is unprepared to answer any questions in regards to the carpet, flooring or pricing. Thank you for the long drawn out response though. This is the most I have heard from you throughout the whole situation. You were NEVER in the office (BIRTHDAY TRIPS and who knows whatelse ) and your SWEET mother in law was only doing the best she could. I appreciate her so much. You however, unorganized, unprofessional, and uninterested. To the matter of the initial quote...... that can be pointed towards your husband, (if that is who he is) he is also a pleasant very busy man. When I spoke to him initially I told him exactly what I wanted quoted. 2 different ways... one with all rooms and one with 2 rooms. I am sorry because I guess that was on me thinking you all could handle such a simple task. I guess you need your mind made up when dealing with a country company. Instead of taking 10 minutes to respond to a negative google review maybe you should help your busy husband organize the family business in the office, respond to customers that are waiting to complete home projects that are time sensitive, Give your poor mother or mother in law a lunch break, and type up a pricing sheet and item details for your mother (in law) to go by when answering customers in your frequent absences. Again, thanks for the internet excuses and response. Ms. Carma . Wilson. :)"
