"Dyes installed the system in our new home. After clearing up an address situation with the account I was able to get the problem fixed on my schedule. I have spoken to several of the ladies on the phone and they are always polite and helpful. Tyler called on his way to my house and he was on time (a rare thing with service calls these days). He listened to me explain the issue and went straight to work. He had the issue (turned out to be a loose wire) fixed quickly. While we were waiting on the system to cycle through he answered my questions and explained how the unit operates in the very cold weather that we have been having. Once the system cycled through, he checked the unit over again and was on his way. I really appreciate Dyes and the staff and I would highly recommend them."

"Huge thanks to Tim! We had an issue with our unit that was installed in our new build in 2021 (compressor and evaporator coil went out) and Tim went above and beyond to help us out! "This company installed two 2 year old units on a new home build. When the first unit went out it took me a year to get them to fix it and they only fixed it once threatened with court, lawsuit, etc. Now, the second unit went out and Tim doesn’t want to take responsibility for it. He blames it on the previous owners. I’m my experience, when you buy a business you buy the Goodwill it has built up and the problems they’ve created, too. Tim Smith’s word is about as good as rotten milk. Go with another HVAC company. You will thank me later….or just ask around before you do business with them. There are plenty of other people in my neighborhood who have had the same problem. Run fast and far away from this company. Edited to add in response to the owner: I had to twist your arm to get you to help me the first time, Tim. This is the other unit your company installed that is costing me a $3500 repair. When you buy a company you buy the good and bad. You worked at the company when the install was being done then you became owner shortly thereafter. You knew exactly what was going on. I called SaefAire to help me with this matter because of my experience with your company. I would absolutely never use your company again. You deserve a cussing after the 2015 equipment your company installed in my 2017 house. You’re trying to gaslight me and everyone else who reads this review. Like I said, run far, far, far away from this company."

"I had Tyler out to my home to fix my A/C unit. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a great experience, honestly. I really appreciated him being so on point. Never leave comments but thought I’d share how good the service was!"

"Dyes Heating and Cooling did an excellent job!! We had a 30 year old gas heating / air conditioner unit that still worked perfectly fine when we purchased our home last year. After spending thousands on propane this winter we decided to go ahead and replace the unit instead of waiting for it to die. (Everyone knows your AC only quits on a Friday after 5PM on a holiday weekend) we opted for the Daikin electric heat unit. Not only did they provide competitive pricing but they were extremely thorough in the installation. They laid down plastic sheeting to protect the floors, installed the new AC, cleaned up everything behind themselves, trained us how to use the new smart thermostat and showed us how to utilize the smart app on our phones. They even showed us the before and after electricity usage on the different units. I can’t wait to see our next power bill! Awesome job to everyone at Dyes Heating and Cooling!"
