"How can you call yourself a repairsman if you dont repair things? Through a warranty we were told to contact this business and he keeps ignoring us. When we do get in contact with him its always next week... which has been going on for months now. Will be contacting BBB!"

"This dude is an absolute joke. Will not return phone calls. Phone calls go straight to voice-mail or will ring once or twice and then go to voice mail. He refuses to talk to his customers or either too scared to. I would give negative stars if possible. He told us a month ago at least that he was coming to fix my oven. Rescheduled twice and yet to show up. He is a liar and honestly think he says he has a business so he can get tax breaks."

"Bozeman has worked on my dryer on two occasions, 1st time in early 2017 thru warranty claim, and then again June 2018 by me contacting him. Very professional & personable, arrived as said, fixed the issue quickly both times, explained the issue and repair (different issues each time)... thumbs up and will absolutely call again him again if i need any repairs. Thanks."

"We contacted Whirlpool for a repair on an oven. They sent a repairman from this company. The oven locked up after the cleaning cycle. The repairman stated we should not use the cleaning cycle bc it will burn up a part every time. However now he is lying to Whirlpool and telling them our oven is not installed correctly. However the oven is installed to the spec's per the owners manual. It has been three weeks and he still has not came back to fix the oven."
