"Run, run away, run far away, this place is a neglected safety hazard. Corporate should shut it down until it's up to safety standards. OSHA noncompliance anyone?"

"I visited this location today at approximately 1:30 PM. The regular associate on duty appeared uninterested in assisting me. Consequently, I requested to speak with the manager, and the assistant general manager took an extended period of time to address my concerns. I had to approach him directly as he did not come to the register where I needed assistance. The assistant manager, Rob, seemed dismissive and suggested that I place an order online and resolve the issue myself. Unfortunately, my issue remained unresolved."

"I use iPostal at this location for my business and personal mail and packages. In less than two months on two separate occasions they managed to lose an important piece of mail, (the manager didn't seem to care one bit and was condescending and indifferent when he said he was going to "look for it") and someone "forgot" to scan one of my packages so it sat in the store for two weeks before I was able to return and pick it up. I'll definitely be moving my business address elsewhere."

"I visited the store on Saturday. The store was clean and well lighted. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Joseph took his time with me and went above and beyond. Thank you Joseph"

"The store was clean but lacking a willingness to assist customers. Management places a focus on putting up stock over assisting customers and keeping the staff on hand limited. That or just an overall lack of motivation to help others. As someone not knowing exactly what I needed but having the information to show what I need, let alone where to locate the item needed I would like to be told that an item I was about to purchase was at least correct for over $50. But instead I was just given the general area not even a specific aisle."
