"I brought a dryer earlier this year and I paid it off in about 3 months. I would have been still paying on it until 2022 If I had not done so. As soon as paid it off a week later it breaks down on me. I called and spoke with the manager Tim (I believe)several times and I even went up there twice. They sent someone to my home 3 times and each time the guy kept trying to pin the dryer on me as if it was my fault. I quickly shut that down. How could I have tore up a dryer in 3months? So after several months of trying to get them to rectify the situation, Tim tells me "I'm sorry, the owner said that there is nothing that we can do about this situation ". I felt like since I paid the dryer off early they did not care about the situation because they had already got their money. Now I'm stuck with a dryer that is not working. Buyers be aware about their electronics!"
