"Im always taken care of when I reach out to this store- west main st in Dothan AL. The mgr there has been amazing since day 1. He always lets me know the bestest deals along with offering me other deals. The staff alwasy is very helpful and can get me answers, if they dont have them, the looks for them. I hadnt heard back from them by 1pm on Black Friday , ive been looking for 1 item and wanted to utilize their black friday sale. I went into the store, the manager was off, but before long he was walking through the door. Their systems kept crashing. And remained slow or down the rest of the day. I got a text after hours letting me know that they will work on it first thing the next morning. Not to my surprise, I got a call FIRST thing! What I was looking for was brand new, and I can even pick it up myself. I cant say enough good things about this store. Jeff, Susie, Carmen- the guys who deliver; they are an amazing team!
