"I have 2 accounts with these guys and the first one we had a tv delivered well when the delivery person came I was at work my wife was at home and the delivery guy wanted to give my wife a hard time saying our living room was to cluttered this and that well she was able to call in and talk to the manager and get it taken care of without my help with that being said they really are patient and will work with you. They are respectful and try and help with any issues. I like the fact my wife can call in and get whatever the situation or bill paid and I don’t have to. They listen to your needs and even help with decision making. They truly have been my best option to purchase from and will gladly use them again."

"So first off I’d like to say this is my favorite store out of all the rent a centers located near me. Right off the bat from the first time I used them they were very respectful. I had an issue at one point with 1 of the employed but when I called in and spoke to them about the issue they took care of it and appologized for the problem and took care of it. I have not had anymore issues and every time I call they listen to any concerns and are really there to help in any situation."

"Very unprofessional the staff at the one off Bloomfield road is horrible. The manager is rude. The employee that come to your house if u a day late paying your bill ball up the paper notice and throw them on the porch. That staple paper throw my door. After I get done paying for my items. I will never in my like shop here again. I’m telling everyone I know to never go there also. Whole staff need to be fired and hire new ppl"

"I just moved to Georgia 3 days ago and contacted this store prior to my arrival. My sales associates with Kia .. and not only was she easy to work with she made sure my furniture arrived on time . The men who came to install it were friendly , on time and efficient. I would definitely use them for all my needs. So far I LOVE it. Definitely would recommend them."
