"I wish I could give Zero stars to Shalom Furniture. I Found Shalom furniture through Etsy but made the grave mistake of paying through PayPal & not through Etsy . She has violated Etsy policies by asking customers to pay outside of Etsy . That being said it’s been a little more than 2 months with no sign of delivery. The communication has been zero to null from their side . Zuleyca , the owner of this business, has been changing the delivery dates since the last 2 months . They also broke the glass on the hutch & used it as an excuse to further delay the delivery . She’s using Covid as an excuse to harass her customers and be highly unprofessional. I have placed multiple orders from multiple vendors however none of the deliveries have been delayed even remotely as much as hers . Please do not order from her & if you do please do so on Etsy & not through PayPal . Because I didn’t order through Etsy I cannot go ahead and file a complaint through them. So people beware when you make a purchase from Shalom through PayPal . Zuleyca replied to this review & it’s all lies again That being said if she doesn’t deliver my piece in the said time I’m going to go ahead And file a claim against Shalom Furniture for deficiency of service and liquidated damages. I’ve spent $1300 plus for my purchase , it’s not a small amount . The hutch finally got delivered today . It had a crack in the front , the paint had chipped & the glass had fallen off .$1200 down the drain . I’ve asked Zulyca to give me the name of the paint , so we can go ahead & fix it ourselves but she’s being a bully & refusing to do so ."
