"Horrible customer service. Purchased a chain saw blade they had listed to fit an echo. It doesn't fit. Went back in and the old gentleman up front told me they can't refund it because it was opened. Claimed its in there return policy that was hidden under a box of candy on the counter. Ignorant as heck. Horrible customer service. My receipt says refund policy 30 days with original receipt. Reporting the business and the a** hole to the BBB"
