"We bought four appliances from Rix when we purchased our home because we wanted to support a local business. Our stove had a board go out so we called Rix to have them come take a look-they came out, ordered a part and said they would be back on a few days. Came back out-wrong part, going to order new part. 2 weeks later still no stove. We have called more times times to count and no call backs or anything. Now we have no stove and not enough tome t9 het one b3fore Thanksgiving. Totally unacceptable Now we"

"For a local development, purchased 9 homes worth of appliances. Waiting 5 months for an appliance package and very little concern is being given for our incomplete appliance package. These delays have led to delays in certificate of occupancy, and have impacted clients receiving homes timely. I do not recommend Rix any longer based on their record with us."

Are you looking for the best price you can find much much better than? I couldn't go anywhere else because it would cost me money... How important is your money to you?"
