"Bad customer service. I went to the nail salon, just to get my eyebrows waxed and when I went inside, I was turned away from this lady and she told me that the salon was closed, not even asking me what I was getting done. It was 4:45pm. I went to the Dominican salon next door and the ladies were nice enough to fit me in even though they were busy with other clients. Avoid going to Elite Nail at all cost if you want to be turned away just because they either tired or “closed.”"

"This nail salon has been FANTASTIC from start to finish on every visit. I have been going to this salon for over four years and it has been pleasant experience on every visit. My nails are perfect every time. I have been to larger nail salons that are far more expensive and my nails lift and chip. Elite nails are always affordable and last two to three weeks. The pedicures are equally amazing! The massages are lengthy and relieve tension. I can not say enough about a small salon that delivers large results on quality. Definite Go."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I wish I could give ZERO stars. Don't go to this place. My pedicure was "ok" my full set of acrylics was AWFUL. I have short nails but have never had a problem with getting a french manicure for another place. I asked for the same thing. This lady was HORRIBLE, instead of using clear tip she used white tips on my short nails and then used the pink powder over them. I questioned the technique but she assured me it would be ok. THEY WERE NOT. She didn't shape the nails or file them I had drips of acrylic that I had to file off. I couldn't wait to get out of there after nearly 2 hours there. I couldn't believe that awful job. I was asked by my friend that night did I put "press on nails" on. UGH. They were closed Sunday so I went Monday morning to get them to fix them or take them off. I sat over an hour waiting to even have what I needed addressed. I was treated POORLY and they were offended that I didn't like the nails. Then blamed me for having short nails. I told the man that the white of this french manicure is not even white and the shape of the nails wasn't even filed. His solution was to "paint" the white with polish. He did file them into a better shape and then applied white polish over the white tip. I may as well painted my whole nail white it would have looked better. There was a black hair on one of nails when I brought it to his attention he was offended and PAINTED over it. I couldn't wait to get out of there again. A friend recommended this place and she was WRONG It sucks. I left there and drove the place I had used in the past. She took 45 minutes to get the horror of nails off and gave me a beautiful full set using the clear tips and pink and white powder. Funny she didn't have a problem with my short nails. I waste time and money on t his place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"
