It’s hard for me to walk. I really like to go there. I’ve been to other spas. They’re not as nice as Tina’s nail & Spa. Thanks"

"Bad Customer Service. They did not give me what I asked for the man that did my nails did not listen to me he did whatever he wanted to do with my nails they looked horrible. After I complained about my nails during the service he got up and took a smoke break he came back and he came back smelling like a whole pack of cigarettes I was utterly disgusted. Will never in life go back to this nail shop."

"HANDS DOWN THE BEST NAIL SHOP AROUND!! They not over priced, they do their jobs very well. I’ve seen them transform numerous amount of peoples nails. They were so gentle and patient with me knowing I had a spinal cord injury which really made me feel welcome and comfortable. IF YOUR ANYWHERE NEAR, GET THERE!"

"The time is 7:30. They close at 8. My girlfriend and I walk in and expect to get treated like an in-and-out. We sit down, wait a little as to be expected. Get the ball rolling at 7:45. What I was expecting was to be out of my chair by 8, with a half-well done job. When the clock struck 9pm, I had exited the most serene experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. (Yes, I’m a guy. Yes, I do check out many places to get my feet maintained, My girlfriend and I made it a thing) It was as if they were open for five more hours. They took their time, they were extremely diligent, they were very personable. I feel that the negative reviews here aren’t people who go to a business like this expecting to interact. As humans, it’s the joy of life to meet new people and learn new things. Every interaction has a purpose. The staff was so kind. It’s not a hard thing to find at nail salons, but 30 minutes before closing? We felt like we joined a family. Hearing stories about their home, sharing our own. The Amenities: When we were walking up to the building ( I live in the enzo 325 feet from this location, which is a blessing now) my girlfriend looked reluctant. From the outside, the place doesn’t look like these high end new spas but the massage chairs are legitimately better then everyone’s. Way more functionality and pressure. A giant TV playing quality content in case you forget your headphones. The staff : very diligent, very courteous, very conversational. The price: blew me away. Again, I’m not sure where all the negative reviewers come from but in my world, (Gwinnett) you pay $35 minimum everywhere and it gets you max 40 minutes. Some people want quick time frames, but i believe the longer the time the better the work. The prices were literally unbeatable. We both got grand experiences for $65 bucks. I usually spend that on just my feet anywhere, else. So we tipped them $100 bucks, not only because they deserve it but because we felt it was owed. Icing on the cake : A neck and scalp massage to send you off??? Yeah, guys. It gets no better. I won’t tell everyone that i expect them to be perfect from here on out. We are humans dealing with humans. They are short staffed it seems. They are working well with what they have and certainly have my business moving forward. Nutshell: Not the prettiest piece of the pie , but the best surely does taste the best. No other salon has compared in value thus far from dacula to suwanee."

"Very clean, friendly and welcoming. They do a wonderful job. Very reasonable prices. Love this place. They take their time with you. I even got a neck massage while my fingers were drying. What a treat! Best eyebrow waxing I have ever had. I highly recommend it."
