"This is the only place in the east metro area that I could find with a 6 month warranty. If they deliver they come to you to do any necessary repairs. This is my second set from here. The first set lasted 7 years before I started having problems and at that point I just wanted a new set which I purchased from here. I highly recommend them to anyone I know and a few have purchased and are happy and have had no problems with their appliances."

"Please reframe form coming to this company. The owner has bad communication and there is no inconvenience charges when there is fault on the company’s part. An employee was supposed to come same day, he did not come the whole day after agreeing on the payment for the fixture of the dryer. Mr. Aubery is not a good person as a owner and mainly is about the money and not selling good products. Also I spoke with the owner ask him if he was open so I can come in to speak and get and understanding he stated yes. When I came the whole store closed right before I came. He will avoid you and hang up if he can not answer a question. As of 6/24/22, Mr. Jeremy (the empolyer)has came out to help fix my dryer with my 6 month warranty so it’s is currently working.if y’all do go speak with with Mr. Jeremy if you trying to make it out."

"Any bad posts, negative remarks/comments about this business are false. They saved me the headache and expense, when I first moved to Georgia, of spending money weekly at the laundromat by providing me a used set that lasted literally YEARS! 8 to be exact! I contacted them again for a dryer after mine was deemed unrepairable. Hated I had to part with it but the buying experience and cost is what made me return here. This is a USED washer/dryer company and sometimes there are kinks BUT they will break their backs and provide a limited warranty for their work! They will come out and fix the problem until it’s right and do it with a smile! It’s definitely the customer service me. I know it seems small but I have kids and anyone with kids knows what a blessing having a functional washer/dryer is. They really go above and beyond! Definitely buy here, you won’t regret you did. Wish I could give 10 stars."
