I'm pretty sure she charged me to file them down a tiny bite...tiny bite. My total was $70. A $70 fill-in, just not in my budget."

"Some people that work in this salon just don’t care enough . The service was bad. When I came in the store I explained how I wanted a good manicure to remove all the cuticle. She removed the cuticle so fast and was just trying to finish, I had to complain multiple times about the detailed and how the cuticle was obviously still there and how bad the painting was. I paid $93 dollars and that wasn’t enough for the manager to care or do something about it. She just said “oh next time we take care of you”. There will be no next time because this salon has lost my service and of two more people that I always bring. Very disappointed!"
