"You walk in, and there are 2 ppl looking at you through a window. They just stare: strike one. We got delivery the next business day: hence the 1 star. We were told the dryer was new, turned it on and it sounded like it was about to explode: strike 2. I called the next morning, spoke with Kate,and asked if I could take it back myself. She said I could and would get a refund. Now they're telling me that there's a 15% restocking fee for returning it. The receipt says there's a fee if you cancel the orders, not if you return it: strike three. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE Update: They refunded the full amount and it is pending on our end. We'll see."

"Prices are extremely too high for merchandise that is acquired at little or no cost to them. The repair and reconditioning is inexpensive I have done the research. This place could easily be offering better prices to its consumers. Good old Greed strikes again. I will not purchase anything from this place."

"I'm only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. Highly recommend no one buys anything from here. I purchased a washer and dryer in March and they claimed that the unit was brand new. The fryer didn't work for a month until they finally came and fixed it. I had to call numerous times before they even came out because they kept "forgetting" about me. I asked for some sort of compensation and they said all they could do was come and pick the dryer up. Very unprofessional company."
