"Wasted my time with the Price Match Guarantee™️ gymnastics. At first, they couldn’t honor a Walmart deal because they claimed “it had to be shipped by Amazon.” So I found a (less good but still better than Best Buy) deal shipped by Amazon, and suddenly the rules changed. I wouldn’t have written a review but it also shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes to have the rules switched up on me. I get you’re an hour from closing, but just tell me straight up if you don’t want to help me."
"The customer service is horrible. Early, I got Amazing customer service from a young man who help me with Coaxial cable. I got a 50 ft but got the wrong size. Came back at 5:55 to bring it back. I got the no customer service guy at the return Register with large dread. First, I walk up & he says nothing, no hello or NOTHING. Explain to him I got the wrong size & I wanted to get the right size. I went got the right size but he started helping another customer, which is fine. I waited & once he came back he run me up & I paid the difference. For a minute I just stood here because I thought he would say Thanks BUT HE DIDN'T. I said Thank You & he said YOU WELCOME, LIKE HE IS DOING ME A FAVOR. WOW THIS IS WHERE WE R IN THESE TIMES!!!!DOING"

In the final hour just before closing, the associates here were kind enough to let me in right before locking the doors to make a quick purchase of a monitor. I really appreciate their understanding and allowing an exception for me. This truly is a rare experience now a days."
