"By reading the reviews I was kind of skeptical. Had a 12 pm appointment and got there at 8 am . Immediately went to check in and got a door . You do have to drop your trailer and bob tail back up to top of hill . No signs to entrance , however once you make that left on Spence rd it’s your second right . In 8 am out 10:30 am"

"Dishwasher lasted exactly 5 months. It's been almost a month. Still not repaired. They been out twice, now they're coming out a 3rd time. Their Customer service reps need to learn the English Language. This will be my last purchase from them. Ridiculous"

"Worst place to pick up load no signs, terrible non helping gate staff unwilling to give the directions needed. Must drop trailer park on hill not easy to find. Stay away."

"It seems rather organized. You stop at the gate; they tell you what door you will be dropping trailer and go back out gate and park behind guard shack or up on hill. Until your trailer is loaded and ready to be picked up. They do require a mask at the shack. I believe the people at the guard shack could be a little nicer. Also, I think they could also use texting as a way to let you know when the trailer is ready instead of having someone yell at you."
