Blossman Propane Gas & Appliance

"We have always had good service with filling our tank in a timely manner. Last week we had an appointment "after 2:00" to service our gas logs that are giving us problems. At 4:30 when I called I was told there was a note in the computer from the tech saying he let me know that he had to change the appt to that morning (he did NOT notify me of the change, and nobody came that morning either -cameras) and could I reschedule for the next day. No, I couldn't. I had taken a half day off work to be home for the no-show appt. I rescheduled for the next week on a day my husband could be home "between 9-11am". At 11:00 I called. She reached the technician who was at another site and wanted to reschedule for the next day. No we can't just reschedule - we work just like you do! I expressed my frustration again, although I do realize it is NOT the fault of the people in the office. I want Blossman to realize that ALL customers are important, even if they don't have an emergency. We would like to use our logs and cannot. Even if you have more business than you can handle, it doesn't pay in the long run to run off your customers."

"They are always quick to fill our tank. We've been customers since 2018, never had an issue. When we need our tank filled I go on line and put the percentage we have and within only a few days or less, we get our delivery. No issues at all."

They were able to get me on the schedule the next day so my tank didn't run out! I was very impressed with Devin who filled my tank. I've had other companies want to drive through my yard right up to the tank, but Devin didn't do that. He parked in my driveway and pulled his hose all the way around back to the tank so he didn't mess up my grass. He was very kind and professional.
