"Late afternoon and temperatures were low and going lower. I knew pretty quickly we had a problem. About 4:15 pm I called Pendley to see if by chance there was a repairman/tech who could come by. She said they were all out on calls and it was very doubtful. About 20 minutes later we received a call that someone was on the way. He arrived by 5 pm, diagnosed the furnace problem and fortunately it was an easy fix. Thank you, Pendley!"

"Great service and super fast. Very good customer service. Got a mini split that works absolutely wonderful and serviced my other 2 units. Everything was great! Will be using them for all my future service needs. Fast forward a few months.. Had to call because my ac quit working and they came out and found it was a loose wire. He was in and out within 15 minutes. I just got a bill for $200. Will be looking for a different ac company as soon as my service contract is up."
