He wasn't quite what i was looking for...I was looking for someone to fix my washer, but he sent me the information of the right guy (AMAZING) and we ended up using Tim for parts we needed. Great customer experience seeing as how he didn't think he'd make any money off of me. I wasn't treated any different than a paying customer!! thanks Tim for absolutely everything!!!!!!"

"Just bought a washing machine lid switch from his business. I went on my lunch break. The part is still in my car. I received a call from my husband saying that's not the problem. So I called back, 3 hours later to see if I could return for a refund. It's still sealed and hadn't left my car. Tim said no, I don't return anything. I informed him I've bought from him in the past and I haven't even been home with the part. He still said no. Really??? How do you get away with that. The part is still new. So I'm stuck with a part that I can't return. I will never do business with him again. Amazon from now on. It would have also been 15 bucks cheaper online. Trying to buy local. Very upsetting."

"Very small store front and could be hard to see from the road but it is perfect for getting the appliance part you need. Very nice gentleman behind the counter. He had the part I needed in stock. Be sure to bring cash because they don't accept cards. I will be buying from this store again."

He only accepts cash or check but it's so nice to be able to have a knowledgeable person to speak with and get the part the same day in most cases!"
