"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. First, they have on their website they are BBB certified. They are not. In fact, the BBB has red flagged them. Second, they have on their website they are certified by the Woodworkers of Georgia. They are not. I have called the places and confirmed. Third, they never delivered, never heard from them and had to chase them down, when able to connect--kept telling us another 4-6 weeks, and a year later we have no furniture, no refund on deposit (approx. $4200), and they have essentially ghosted us. I filed a case with the sheriff's office for fraud and theft by services. Then, all of a sudden we got an email stating they were going through a divorce and that they would get us our refund by July 1, 2023. No refund. Tried to email her to follow up and the email address came back undeliverable. Also, be careful as these people are known to file bankruptcy and start a new business with a new name. Just sad. Not sure how the case will pan out and I will update when and IF we get our refund."

"Table and benches turned out really nice but customer service was really bad. Bad enough to make me regret ever doing business with them. We put the required down payment down on our table in November of 2021. Our table was delivered February of 2023. We were told it would take 3 to 4 months. Communication is key to running a great business. Was hoping for a better experience considering how much we spent on this table!"

"I ordered a dining table and chairs in May 2021. After constant delays citing COVID and supply chain issues the table was delivered in Dec 2021 and all items paid for in full. I still have not received chairs. Their latest expected delivery is mid June, but I have doubts. They refuse to cancel the order and refuse a full refund. Their supply chain issues have not prevented them from producing other pieces and posting them for sale. Apparently they don't have enough orders for this hand made chair to warrant setting up their machine to make them. I am referring this matter to the Magistrate Court of Troup County citing breach of contract for resolution. Update- Troup County court issued a judgement against Lazy Lizard. I'll never get my order or my money. Google Allan Santos before doing business here. He left numberous complaints behind in New Hampshire."

"I had a positive experience with Lazy Lizard. My wife and I was astonished by the fine detail work that was put into our 6ft swing. The staff was friendly and transparent about cost and the amount of time it would take to complete our piece. It’s not hard to tell that the swing is built to last and made from solid material. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking good quality at a reasonable price. Thanks Lazy Lizard!"
