"I had an employee argue with me basically about a payment I already stated I would pay. Mind you my item is not able to be used properly been reported it. I have been paying for a broken item that I can’t use and never got a call or update that it will be fixed. BUT I’m being hassled about ONE payment!!! Instead of asking what happened to the item she continues to ASSUME that the item is being “jumped” on when me nor my kids even use it or sit on it. We opened it once and it didn’t go down and we never used it again! I was treated like my value and time didn’t matter and most of all as if I’m just someone who don’t know how to handle furniture! If I have to be talked as if I’m a child I rather take my business else where!!!!"

"Worst experience ever ‼️the person that helped me she was great but They told me they will have my things delivered in 2 days!! But come to find out they kept pushing my delivery date back! So they told me they will be out Friday which was a WEEK ! So I just canceled MY ORDER‼️ will never go back even if they gave me something free!"

"I would never rent from this place for one people are rude. For 2 they want so much verification that you would think you're buying a house. For 3 you can pay cash price for a little bit of nothing somewhere else and get better I did. You don't get to talk to someone face to face at Rent-A-Center they're sticking the head around the door just to answer questions. Go to Aaron's they're more polite, more people on the floor that are interested in you and not sitting in the office."

"I've read some unfavorable reviews on-line for Rent-A-Center (not location specific). I have been a customer of the Opelika, Alabama store for just over 90 days and altho Dierdre, Pam, and Rick MAY BE the RAC exceptions, I have received some of the friendliest, helpful, and efficient sales & support EVER!! Can't ask for anything more so for me its 5 BIG stars!!!"
