"Really bad experiences here. They don't have a display on store and they order it to match one that I already have but it is not the same one. We were supposed to match another one that I bought before on the very same store. They are not careful and don't take the time to see for real what they are ordering or just Said yes yes we can do it or order it just to make the sell and won't care it is not exactly the very same that we need. This is not correct. Really unfair and if I don't need it anymore because I will have to look for something that matches they just will offer a refund with 25% restocking fee when is it their mistake. So just be careful when buying or thinking it you are reordering something that you bought before they might try to sell you something that is not the same and since it is not there available at the time that you pay how (I, or you) can make sure it is exactly the very same product. Keep it in mind."

"I like this place however, the wife is so rude. She displays racism openly. I stopped her to ask her a question she kept walking like she didn’t hear me although it was just her and myself, then I get to the register she just stands there like she’s reading something. I asked her if she could check me out she doesn’t respond. Some males walk up and she instantly starts talking to them. I say excuse me I’ve been standing here! She says I’m with a customer. Mind you I’ve been standing here. A younger guy comes from the back and says I will take care of you, SMH. I CALLED HER OUT & told her she was wrong and rude. She started laughing with the same males in front of her. I didn’t appreciate any apart of this experience. Won’t be back!!!"

"I wish I had better things to say about this location. Shopped here for years. The Korean lady at the front was very rude. You would think a company selling B2B would want to keep their customers because they buy in bulk and are recurrent. This is not the case. She acted as if we were bothering her when we tried to show her which product we wanted. Then she stepped on my foot while she ran her way back to the front to continue ignoring us! No apology or personal space. She was totally dismissive. DO NOT SHOP HERE. We are making the drive out to stamps fixtures because they are half the price AND have great customer service. We did wander over to the restaurant side and the gentleman there was very welcoming and had great social skills. But we will be taking our business elsewhere..."
