"Went in for 2 chairs. 4 different sales people had their hands in the transaction and the price was figured wrong 3 different times. Each time, they overpriced by $1000…that is not a typo. I finally had to calculate the final price as well as show staff that the chair was at a lower price on the website vs in the store. They pushed upselling fabric and fabric protection. Told me that we were outside their delivery area so we would have to pay $3.75 a mile to have the chairs delivered from the Buford warehouse. That would have been pushing $300. It was decided the chairs would be delivered to the store and we could pick them up there. Fabric protection was going to be $200 - same product can be purchased online for approximately $12.00. The whole experience had a buy here-pay here used car lot feel. We have to wait 6 to 9 weeks for the chairs. Won’t buy from them again."
