"Definitely not worth the 1 star I am giving. The customer service is horrible had a service scheduled, no one ever called to confirm. No one showed up. I called to see what was going on I spoke to a lady she said they were having issues with internet and said she would call back to schedule an appointment. Have not heard anything from them. This is the second time they have done this, the first time was a different appliance and they never went out to service my appliance."

"I wish you could give less than 1 star!!! Thry did not follow through with frigidaire to keep our claim moving. We have been trying g to call their office for 3 weeks without an answer. Now we have to have ANOTHER repair company come out and recheck our freezer because General appliance is incompetent and does NOT follow through. Do not waste your time use them. It has cost us a month so far."
