"Joe Smith was my technician who let me know when he was on his way to my house. He was courteous, extremely polite and very knowledgeable about refrigerator repairs. I had two refrigerators each had issues one of which he fixed immediately the other was diagnosed with a part needing to be ordered… which he did! I will absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to a friend! Setting the appt was also a good experience! The young lady who answered the phone was professional, I could understand what she was saying and she was knowledgeable and immediately set the appointment at a time that was convenient for me!
