"Been trying to call customer service for 4 hours, the recording just keeps repeating itself then hangs up on you, not sure what great customer service I’m reading about here but I can seem to get Any!!!!!"

"I will not buy a Breckwell Pellet stove SP22i again, I had to replace every part in the stove, Control panel, Snap Disc, Both blowers. i only had the stove for 5 years. and there is issues with it."

"Customer service was horrible. My pressure switch broke, and I called to order a replacement... the lady that answered was so rude. I tried telling her that I've tested every possible thing it could be according to the manual and the internet and the only issue that was left was a bad pressure switch. She proceeded to tell me that pressure switch rarely go bad so obviously it must be another issue and if I put a different pressure switch on it temporarily to test that and it worked that doesn't mean anything, and when I bypass the pressure switch entirely (so that I can have heat in my house in the middle of winter while I get a new part) that there's my problem because the pressure switch isn't working at all to detect that there's issues. She refused to listen to what I had to say every single time I told her I know for a fact I need a new pressure switch, and when I told her "i want to buy the pressure switch I know what I need" she's like "okay well I'm gonna let you buy it" in the most Snarky and disdainful looking down on me kind of way, As if I have no right to buy a part that I'm specifically requesting to buy but she will make an exception. She then proceeded to quote me ridiculously expensive prices that even stores that use them as their supplier quoted me less. This lady seriously about practically ruined my whole day with her attitude and I will never be calling them again. She didn't even answer the phone by saying "thank you for calling US Stove Company" she just said hello in a really rude way. Do not buy from them... all the negative reviews are spot on accurate."

"Customer service for this company is atrocious. Completely unprofessional when dealing with myself. She kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the situation, then hung up on me when I was trying to speak with another representative. Buyer beware if you need to rely on these guys for anything, so stay away from anything KING branded!"

"Customer Service & the Technicians have been THE MOST helpful and respectful i have ever dealt with! I have a us stove model 6041 and was having some issues. talked to the techs 3 times ( different days) and each one helped me track down the issue i was having. problem solved and part ordered and sent FAST. up and Running like new! Thank you US STOVE and Support staff , Especially Mrs Chasity who went the extra mile in helping us! God bless !"
