"I wanted to browse for some cool furniture so I came here. There were lots of options so it was very helpful when Grace, an employee there, showed me around the store and helped me sort through the options. I would definitely come back here!"

"I would define this as a showroom with a small selection of accessories and housewares. The associates that I've encountered on my many visits have all been professional and helpful. The staging is just okay, so I wouldn't say it is necessarily inspiring. It's more so for people who have a good idea of what they want but would like to see the piece in person. I really wish they would improve in this area because they have done really gorgeous furniture and accessories which lends itself to staging. The building where they are located has added a paid parking component. However, I have noticed that they are not too aggressive and will allow you to shop without worrying your car will be towed."

"The customer service here is AMAZING! I visited this store about 2 weeks ago and thought I had lost my SD card from my camera here. I called almost everyday to see if it was found and unfortunately they didn’t have anything turned in. They called me today to let me know that my SD card had been found under a piece of furniture. Not only that, they had it in a cute envelope with my name on it ready for pickup. They were so happy to get this SD card back to me, it had pictures of my family vacation on here. Im so grateful. They also followed up with me 2xs before they found my card just to update me. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and service. Thank you!!!!!"

"Customer service is so poor. As someone in the luxury industry, I am personally used to providing impeccable services, not only bc that’s what I feel like everyone deserves at the least, but e especially in establishments that offer premium pricing bc that is the minimum standard. This is apart of the “luxury experience”. The offering is great but because of the lack of customer service it forces me to want to simply shop online which is so unfortunate."
