"I purchased the Emerald Silver Queen size bed, and it is beautiful! Made of heavy,sturdy quality materials. The velvet is very smooth and soft. It was easy to assemble by following the instructions explicitly. I would say you need 2 people when attaching the headboard. I contacted Audrey via Offer Up, and she set the sale up through their website, and it went well and was seemingly effortless. The deliverer kept in contact with me throughout the day(I'm ashamed that I don't remember his name)and gave me his ETA when running behind. He went above and beyond to get my new bed to me because it was late evening when he arrived. I was not disappointed. This is what I call the WOW factor in customer service.
