"I came to buy two theropedic mattress.. Tried to get assistance (Jose sales associate) didn't want to help or answer anything.. came up to the desk and there was I believe the sales manager, she was helping someone else , asked about delivery and other questions I had. Jose acted like he wasn't understanding any of the questions I had about delivery dates, inventory or any other concerns.. He has no customers service experience at all... just plan rude... Will take my money somewhere else.. won't return to their place"

"Floor manager Elana was rude, loud and slammed/threw an ink pen toward me which broke and the other manager asked me if I was going to pay for the pen. I didn't have a great experience on that day at all."

"If I could leave no stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and read this entire post before purchasing anything from here. This Farmers is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a reclining couch and floor model table set in February and paid a one hundred dollar delivery fee. The manager, Roxanne, is extremely rude and unprofessional, she canceled delivery of my furniture twice and didn’t inform me until I called. Then she, very rudely, told me if I couldn’t help the delivery guy deliver the furniture, that she had no clue when she’d be able to deliver it. I had to hire a moving company for an extra four hundred dollars to go pick up my furniture. When I went to pick it up they tried to say they couldn’t do pick ups on that day even though I had called earlier to confirm. They also informed me that they forgot to take the table set off the floor and had already sold it to someone else. I had to call twice to get the refund for my delivery fee and a refund for the tables, and Roxanne was extremely rude both times. The icing on the cake is that, after having the couch only seven months, two of the legs snapped off. Making the couch unusable! The couch costs over a thousand dollars and the legs were held onto the couch with staples! I had to contact the customer service email and the customer service messaging system before a representative named Edward Chatman finally called me back. He told me he would talk to the store manager about getting me a refund. He still had not called back after two weeks, so I called him. He was extremely unhelpful, and he had the audacity to only offer a hundred dollars of store credit to compensate for a broken, thousand dollar couch, that was purchased in February. I informed him that offer was unacceptable and he refused to offer anything more. Nothing can be purchased at a furniture store for a hundred dollars; this was a ploy by the company to get me to spend more money rather than resolving the situation. I will never, ever buy anything from this chain again, and I’m telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. Another member of my family was going to buy from this company, and went to a competitor after hearing of my experience. They just bought over fifteen thousand dollars worth of furniture from Ashley Furniture and had a much better experience."
