"I recently had an amazing customer service experience with Vertigo Vinyl. Unfortunately, a record I bought had some damage to it. I was able to exchange and get reimbursed for shipping the damaged record back. Would love to visit the brick and mortar if I ever find myself in Georgia."

"EDIT: Situation was handling by customer support who were very kind and helpful in the whole process and provided regular updates while they investigated and sent out new package. I wish your business the best of success Ordered a vinyl on 20th of January, USPS has had the shipment under pre-shipment for almost 3 weeks now. I do not want to leave a bad review (if issue is resolved in a acceptable timeframe I would love to switch it to 5 stars) as I am an online shopper out of country and can’t speak for how the business is in person however my patience is thinning as there has been 0 contact from the business in these 3 weeks nor a response to the email I have sent them. I understand you are a small business and may have a backup of online orders however it is not fair for the customers (seeing how this is a fairly common issue thru reviews) to be stuck waiting a long time without any sort of explanation or contact from the business. I have ordered many items from across the border from local businesses and have never experienced anything like this before, plus I was really excited to find what I though would be a reputable vinyl store with a great selection."

"Be wary of this shop, I ordered two vinyls online and they only sent one. When I emailed to inquire about the missing vinyl, they said they would look into it as they had received other reports of missing vinyls and were suspicious (interesting reaction when you've made an obvious mistake, but hey). After more than a month of trying to follow up with them and receiving ZERO response, I had to file a chargeback for the missing vinyl. Judging from the other reviews and the owner's snarky, unprofessional responses, this isn't the first time Vertigo Vinyl has had issues."

"The BEST customer service ever. Noah was so amazing, I had a few questions about a few different sought out vinyl and he was very informative on not just the vinyl, but the process of when they would receive them and deliver. He also called me back to let me know the vinyl I was looking for was back in stock and was able to tell me to act quick and order it so it could go out with the other order I had placed. If I’m ever looking for any other vinyl, I will definitely be buying from Vertigo and will ALWAYS ALWAYS recommend them. Thanks again Noah!"

The website cleared stated the types of shipping the store offered and super soon after I placed my order, it was already shipped out. The beloved vinyl (bless y’all for having this limited edition in stock) arrived within the week in perfect condition! I’ll def be ordering again when the times comes :)"
