"Manager should get some customer service training. Pretty rude when returning an online curtain purchase via PayPal. They have to reach out to online customer service when refunds are via PayPal. Everyone else involved was apologizing for the wait and explained the process. The manager asked why I was returning and said they don’t sell curtains, did I measure first in a rude tone. She wasn’t even processing the return. Anyways I created an online return label and drop it at Walgreens to return via FedEx."

"Great store and I would love to shop here again however this is the second time I have been reprimanded by Monica. My girlfriend and I sat down on a couch to test it out to buy, and she yelled across the store to get off the furniture. If you’re wanting to buy furniture, don’t go here unless you want to buy by the look not how comfy (which their furniture is not) the furniture is. I dont know how she hasn’t gotten fired due to her costumer service skills or blatant racism toward a white couple considering how sweet she was toward the black couple within the store. Good luck Monica with your attitude problem, can’t wait to see you next time I sit on your furniture."
