"Never again went to get pedicure the owner rush on my pedicure I was asking him bout certain color he so rude then he cut side of my leg the lady put her own design on my pedicure which I wanted my own design s.m.h owner rude nasty"

"If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. For starters I told the man working in there that I wanted short square nails. They were more of an almond shape and the polish was all over my cuticles. Then I went back the next day because they were about to close the day he did them and asked him to make them more square and they still weren’t up to par. So I asked him if I can get them soaked off and he claimed he didn’t do that. I continued to explain to him that I don’t recall him giving me a receipt and may I take a picture of his copy. He proceeding to hide the receipts and told me no. I paid $50 for the nails in the photo and wasn’t satisfied at all and he did nothing to make me feel more satisfied"

"I used to live in Lee county and I’ve had my nails done a few times here back in 2011 they were actually pretty decent then. Me and my sister were in town and decided we wanted a pedi. The lady told us to pick a color she started the water for us to put our feet in. Her husband came over and started to take my polish off I told him the water was cold. Then he pushed something at the bottom of the bowl and I asked could he turn the jets on I wanted a pedi like my sister. He didn’t turn the jets on and started to do my sisters pedi I told her let’s go somewhere elSe. We told the husband we would just go somewhere else we got up with are feet wet and left. If I’m going to spend money and we want to relax and have a good pedi it won’t be here. I will never come back you should learn customer service and treat your clients with respect."

"I will not be returning to this nail salon. This was my first time trying them and the man did not ask me what i wanted he did what he thought “looked best”. My nails did not turn out as I expected so I talked to the manager, He said he would fix it and then walked out the door. He came back in and got straight on his phone. The lady who “fixed them” decided to paint over my nails, he used powder instead of gel. They claim they could not fix my shape because of what the man did to begin with. Therefore I am not coming back."

"This probably was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! I went in with my daughter and it was a young guy who did my pedicure and he was finish in 20 minutes. He acted as if I was bothering him and he didn’t have the time. The pedicure was awful and the paint job was even worst. The older gentleman that worked on my daughter did a good job on her, but I explained my concerns to him and he had no type of rebuttal. I will definitely never return to this establishment!!!"
