"Stephanie or whatever her name is is very unprofessional. Not considerate of her clients time nor does she seem passionate about her work. I had an appointment drove two hours for two nail repairs text her an hour or two in advance that I’ll be late due to being stuck in traffic. She claimed she understood only to reschedule the next day only to stand me up. The establishment is nice but her costumer service skills need major work. Thanks for my first and last full set hun hope you can grow and take this as a learning experience I will never return."
