Exotic Nails

"EXOTIC NAILS CUSTOMERS....... This is not a normal post for me but my sister and I went to Exotic Nails (corner of Tennessee and Ocala) for some girl time after a funeral. The owner got upset with my sister because she jokingly said he needs to give her a discount for cutting her finger. Then tells her "once you leave you can not come back to his shop!" Well, needless to say (nails not done) we paid for service rendered and walked out! We will not be going back and advise others to support businesses that treat their customers as customers, not as someone that MUST use their services! SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU'RE APPRECIATED!!"

"Removed my acrylics and got gel polish. Was not happy and made a complaint on google reviews. Owner was very nice,messaged and asked to make it right. Thankful for good customer service."

"Contrary to the other experiences that have been reviewed my experience was very nice. I did laugh a lot with the nail techs because I played with them but other than that the work was nice & the tools seemed okay. But I do take care of my natural nail first before I do anything. If your thinking to go, try them- you may not regret it. ❤️"

"I went here twice and got my nails done for my birthday. I got an acrylic full set and a young lady whose name I dont know did it. I noticed there was was something green under my nail and then noticed it was on multiple nails. Upon removing the nails I saw FUNGUS. This nail salon clearly has employees who don’t properly clean their tools before using them on other people. Fungus is extremely dangerous and I could've lost a finger. If you plan on going here you might as well bring your own tools if you want to save your fingers. It was a beautiful nail set but terrible outcome."

"Came in at 5 for a full coffin set and he insisted that because of my desired length it wasn’t possible. I insisted he try the coffin shape before the glue fitting, after the clipping, and during his shave-down: gave a halfass ‘square’ shape to the nails. I even begged him to try coffin after i told him i didn’t like the square. He refused. I didn’t want insult his ability but i know my nails can be better. My right hand in the picture is what I tried to fix— but seeing as i didn’t pay them to have me fix my own nails, theyre more rounded than coffin. Only bothered to tip because i an in a commission industry. Will never go back o pedicure service was a different person— she was lovely."
