"Sam is not only the rudest man I have ever talked to , he is a bad business owner. How can you speak to a customer like she is garbage and exspect me to purchase something from him? I am not a weak woman by any means nor am I a rude or disrespectful woman!! Sam needs to remember his manners, sadly I somewhat matched his energy and responded to his statement “I’m not trying to be rude” my response “to late, you succeeded ! At that point we ended the conversation. Moral of the story, kindness doesn’t cost a thing, rudeness and disrespect cost you business. I would never under any surcomstances do business with this man!!!"

"I had forgotten my wallet at Sams and did not realize it until I was in Cedartown , I called Sam and he said he would check with his help and get back to me. Sam returned my call and let me know it was there. Sam informed me that the lady was leaving at noon, as I began to tell him I was heading back from Cedartown and should be there by noon, he went off on me and was the most disrespectful unkind, rude man!!! His next response was I’m not trying to be rude, I informed him that not only was he rude but has lost my business and if I ever hear of someone wanting quality appliances, Sams would NEVER be on that list. Sam do better!!!"
