"I purchased Jackson furniture in August of 2023. It is pulling fraying and seams are ripping open. I put a request for help into one of there direct contacts and was ignored for 2 months and got a very short rude response back. I have attempted to deal with the place we bought it and they too are struggling to get help from Jackson furniture. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service! They new casings were supposed to be ordered in December and they did not place the order until 1/22/24 We are out money and look like we have 20 yr old furniture. I would give a 0 if Google allowed!"

"The leather sectional arrived defective from the manufacturer. I have paid too much to receive such a poor quality item. DO NOT PURCHASE JACKSON-CATNAPPER products, they are terrible quality. The manufacturer damage to this couch includes staples through the leather, poor quality fill and not enough of it. Puckered leather, drooping dust covers with holes or cuts in the material. The back of the chaise is very loose and barely attached. Imperfections in the grain surface of the leather. Broken stitching. Accent pillows with broken zippers. This couch should have never passed quality control; yet here it is, delivered to my living room. To be informed by the store where I made the puchase, that I must pay a 50% restocking fee to return an item so heavily damaged is completely ridiculous. I didn't just change my mind, I received a sub par product. This is not what I paid for. It was hard to imagine that I would have reason to become even more frustrated, yet here we are. A few days ago, the horribly manufactured couch was scheduled to be repaired after waiting for 5 months. One of the new pieces was completely wrong, not even the right part. Another piece was too small and unusable. A third piece didn't even match the rest of the couch. And all of the peices have horrible fold lines from the packaging, and these don't come out of the leather, the rest of the couch that's been here since August is a testament to that. We've tried it your way, the so called repair was a complete failure. Please have the owner contact me. I will not accept another attempted repair. This couch needs to be returned, it should never have passed quality control. The chaise is completely a different height from the section beside it, and it leans back much futher. The casing at the back of the chaise is very obviously much longer than the section beside it and the casing drags the ground. And the gap between the chaise and the next section in unsightly."

"I purchased a catnapper recliner about 5 years ago. The workmanship and quality of the product is horrendous. The headrest, arms and anywhere your body touches as peeled and frayed terribly. This recliner was used infrequently by an adult. I paid $650 for a chair that will go in the garbage. There marketing material states their furniture is made to last. They should add barely five years. Their customer service was useless with their recommendations. I could purchase replacement parts from them. That would be an entirely new chair. Do not buy anything from this company."

"I bought my first recliner back in 2022. It did not last a full year. They gave me a store credit to get a second recliner that was built more for heavy people, although I did not exceed the weight limit. However, I took the second recliner, even though it did not match our set which we had purchased. The second recliner was the worst that did not even last six months. As of the low quality mechanisms that they use. When this one collapse, it also hurt my back I would advise anyone purchasing anything from this company to reconsider."

"My parents purchased a couch set before the pandemic when they remodeled their home thinking this would be their final major furniture investment for their home. The couch began to peel and flake not long after. They contacted the store owner where they bought this set and he stated that they would have to contact the manufacture since the warranty was only valid for one year. My mother has emailed the company several times for the past year to no avail. As you can see in the photos, this couch looks as though it has been abused for years! Even the back of the couch is peeling and flaking. My parents have no pets, no children are retired and travel most of the year to their second home out of state. I have read the reviews on BBB and Google and have realized that we are not the only costumers with this same issue. Nobody buys a couch expecting to have to replace it after a year."
