"While I love the camera brand, I can’t use it because the 18-55 mm lens is missing. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Rent a center and didn’t get what I’m paying for.. Update: I bought my own lens and was offered a discount on a camera to replace the money lost. However .. the view screen doesn’t work! I took it back to the store and asked for a new camera. I told Tosha I had to buy a lens. She said yes, You got a discount on the camera for that. A CAMERA I HAD TO RETURN! The website shows they have new cameras, yet I’m told they can’t find one. But Brandon did tell me I can get my lens back. I have bought a laptop and a desk top from the Calhoun store and paid off both early. But I think I am done with Rentacenter. Aarons is a headache waiting on them to find a delivery date, but at least you get what you are promised. LAST UPDATE. - I decided to try once more with this store to see if Brandon was able to get my camera he promised, and see about a bed. I wanted a bed frame and mattress for no more than 125.00 a month. He said that was going to be . Tricky to get a bed at that amount. Even a used one lol. He never answered about my camera. They still have the lens I paid 120+ for. They can keep it and their bed. I will not use them again and will tell my friends about their practices. I went strait to Aaron’s and got a NEW bed, just like I was looking for, for 117.00 a month. So I grabbed a kitchen island from them too. AND my bed will be delivered tomorrow! They have improved on delivery. It’s good to deal with people that care about your business."

"The phones I was purchasing didn't work from the time I got them, I got two of them, so after a week of hassle trying to fix the problem they changed it the phones to different ones. One of the phones worked the other one was still locked under an unknown carrier so I just terminated the rental agreement on both phones."

"I did my ordering online I was approved for a penny down. I ordered a washer and dryer and the next day when I called to get my delivery appointment I was told that I did not get approved for that Penny down and then I can still sign up through them but I had to pay $26 a week instead of $19 in it but I still haven’t got the washer dryer. I wanted I still have a white washer and dry and I did not want white washer and dryer so it’s been awful and I told Brandon Four Times but to no avail …some help from within would be appreciated"
