"DO NOT go to this place. They will mess up your nails! One of my acrylics popped off after only having it for a week and revealed the lovely “rings of fire” that the guy left on my nails (seat 8, don’t ever go to him). I decided to go have them taken off completely since he had damaged my nails so bad and after telling the owner 5+ times that no I did not want a fill in, I wanted them removed. They had me wait almost 30 minutes before the owner sat me down and used a nail to pop/tear my acrylics off, leaving me with the chunk of my nail missing that you can see in the photo. It was extremely painful but I wanted those nails off and to be done with this horrible place. And now I have to wait for all of this damage to grow out before I can do anything to my nails again. Ridiculous. Listen to the bad reviews of this place. The price isn’t worth it. 3+ Month Update: The damage from my nails is close to being completely grown out, but my nail beds are messed up and have permanent lumps in them where I had the worst tearing from the owner ripping the acrylics off. These lumps and bumps are not growing out or going away, it is now permanent damage that I have to deal with. Never go to this place if you value your nail health and longevity."

"owner is nothing but rude. what’s the point in making an appointment when you still end up waiting over an hour to not even get the person you booked your appointment with. nobody paid me any attention until i wiped my feet off to leave and a random lady said she would be right there. i said no i’m leaving and got up and left. i would 100% not recommend this place to anybody."

"I’ve been coming here for a long time but at this point i don’t even know where to start with this place. The manager tom or tim whatever is rude. He can not take criticism without having something to say along with most of the workers. It’s been multiple occasions i went and the person who was doing my nails rolled their eyes about another client that either had kids with them or was complaining to another staff member. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Their work is mediocre at best. They have at the most 2 staff members that know what they are doing the other 5-6 need recertification or get on youtube and take some notes. I know at least 4 people I will not let do my feet again cause they do not do good work. They also blame everything that went wrong on their part on you.. I won’t be spending anymore money here until April comes back."

"Won’t be back. Customer service seems to be lost in this industry. I paid $60 for a fill in no color needed just plain nails, and white gel polish on my toes. I got a lot of attitude because I asked him to carefully shape my nails. The whole job took 40 mins. The rest of the 2hours I was just waiting in the chair while he worked on me and 3 other woman at the same time. It was all completely rushed. 2nd Gel coat wasn’t properly painted and they’re already changing colors after a few days. I had to come home and reshape my nails and toes! Thank god I know how to do my own nails!"
