Happy Nails

"The mother had very bad customer service . she pushed my hands around several times , rushed through my service thump me every time i need to reposition. i don't recommend coming here anymore . this will be my very last time. yall have lost me."

"I've been going to this salon for 9 years! Not only did I not get the Nail tech I scheduled with, Michael, The mother cut my daughter skin and expected her to hush and be still, she is 9 years old. Then she got to my pedicure she was angry!!! Pushing my feet and legs around, thumping me when she wanted me to reposition. I went to pay and still gave her a tip that she snatched and slammed it on the desk. I hate to leave because Michael has always done my nails right and so has his sister Sophie. But their mother ruined a mother daughter day with her actions and attitude and being just mean for no reason, hope your treatment to us was worth a loyal customer!?!? Michele"

"This place was my mom and I’s regular nail spot until today. Scheduled an appointment, showed up on time. Got started with tips, and showed my tech what I wanted to get (which was almond French ombré). Waited for 1.5 hours to only have tips glued on, and be told I would wait for another nail tech to do my nails. During this time, I was bounced from chair to chair, with only tips on. They wouldn’t even put tips on my thumb nails. When I asked why, they would say “your nail tech will do it”. Ended up telling them to take tips off and forget about it. On top of this, the tech my mom was with was repeatedly cutting her cuticles with a file. Tech still didn’t listen even after my mom asked her to please be careful. Mom wanted French, but the lady didn’t know how to do that. Will not be returning to this place. Pictures attached for reference."
