"My nails were $43 which is fine, but the way they look was not worth that price. I will not be coming back here. The lady was on her phone kept looking away while doing my nails, kept trying to up charge me, & after I told her no thank you she started rushing my nails, & it shows. When she was finished, I was talking to my grandma & noticed my nails had fuzz sticking to them, & I got gel nails. The tips were sticky, & she “fixed them” & there still sticky. I’m highly upset, I love the straight square look, & my nails look wide & thick. Don’t recommend coming here."

"My mom went here on two occasions and my mom feet got a chemical burnt twice. I am adding photos for proof but this place hasn’t been best over the past years. They’ve accused my sister and I not wanting to pay all because THEY misunderstood we were paying on one transaction. They made a BIG scene about it as if we weren’t going pay. NEVER AGAIN !"

"I am so upset after my visit there today. I have been carefully growing my nails long. I went in today for a mani-pedi with my mother and my manicurist trashed my nails. All of my fingernails were 1/4 inch longer than the tips of my fingers when I went in. now three of them have been filed shorter than the tips of my fingers. My cuticles were trimmed so poorly that I have jagged edges all around my nails and I’m bleeding on one of my fingers. The nails that were not filed unexpectedly short were filed crooked. After we complained to the manager her response was to defend her employee stating that “she said your nails where uneven when you came in” Which is an outright LIE. Like I mentioned before I have been carefully growing my nails out for months now. I am horribly upset. Nothing was done or offered to fix the mess she made of my nails. I will definitely never be going back. Edit to add: it’s now the day after my manicure and three of my fingers are infected from being filed so aggressively up the sides of my nails."
