"Bought mattress 8 years ago with a 10 year warranty. The mattress sinks in the middle and has completely burst open at the bottom. Talked to Heritage Representative and they said if I have one spot on the mattress that voids the warranty. They need to stop pretending to have warranties if you can't get a spot on the mattress in 10 years. The spot has nothing to do with the performance. That's like buying a car with a warranty and the motor is bad and they refuse to warrant the 9car because of a scratch. The representative I spoke with was very unhelpful and rude. I advise you, don't bother to even look at a Heritage mattress and never believe they have a warranty."
