Three other salespeople walked around me not asking to help. I’m in sales and I stay on top of my good customer service. I rented a uhaul and everything. Waste of time. And ruined my 5 year old birthday present"

"Salesperson did not tell us details for installation such as needing to have all appliances disconnected before installation. Wouldn't haul off fridge because of a little water coming out. Scratch and dent on fridge. Tried multiple times to reach management. Was promised a call back 4 days ago. Poor customer service."

"Got a dishwasher from them and they delivered it rather quickly, but the installation is separate. They did not tell me this. It would be 4 day before they could come out to do it, with alot of apologies. Well my husband installed the dishwasher for me and now I'm trying to get the installed taken off my bill. Call once told me they would do it, guess what it didn't happen. Sent them an email and will be calling again. If you buy something from them, either know how to install or get someone to help you, because it will take them almost a week to do it."
