"Went in there for birthday balloons and the selection was limited and expensive. We ended up going to a local grocery store and having more choices, which were also half the price. Also, the music is annoyingly loud and the store feels uninviting."

"Came on a Wednesday around 11:30am to the store being closed and locked up. Really frustrating and disappointing and makes no sense."

"Good organization and good selection and prices on piñatas. They don't have as many choices for boy themed birthday partys as I hoped but still had good options but mutch more expensive than the not themed stuff. Also have lots of candy and balloons to choose from and are decently priced. The young guy at the counter was very nice when filled my balloons up but yeah not the cheapest store by far . $50 bucks for 5 balloons, a pinata and 2 small gift bags ,2 small spools of ribbon and that's about it !"

"We went to Party City this morning at 8:15 with the hopes of getting 10 latex balloons filled. We picked our balloons walked to the cash register, mind you there was no one else in the store, the worker who was behind the counter doing nothing proceeds to deny me of getting my 10 balloons filled because he had, online orders to complete. Again he was not filling any balloons, or working at all, just standing behind the counter. He became extremely defensive and refused to fill any of the 10 balloons until noon, once again he was not doing anything. This Party City needs to work on there Customer Service, we will never go back just from this experience."

"Updated store design looks great. No more felling of walking into those stuffed aisles. It's easy to find the things now. Staff was super friendly."
