"They might do good shoe repair for some people but for some reason the energy is very very off!!! their rude!!!! too expensive very disrespectful while they take your money.. which this is a very expensive shoe repair store that doesn't do all that good on nothing that they repair he do good on what he wants to for certain people that he liked dealing with and he calls you by your last name without saying mister or Mrs very rude!!!! Vlad owner..started at ANSLEY MALL, MOVE ACROSS THE STREET ATTITUDE MOVE ACROSS THE STREET TO .!!!! NO MORE OF MY MONEY HE WILL GET .!!!"

"I was at this shop about 30 minutes ago. I brought two pairs of ankle boots in, one to repair the veneer on the heel and the other to glue the heel onto the platform below it. The man there looked at both of them and just said "No." Also when I walked in he was doing something else and took a while to even acknowledge me. The fixes I wanted were relatively simple (as I found out at another repair shop) so I'm not sure if the "no" was for the shoes or if the man just didn't like me. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"I had an old pair of comfortable dressy black shoes that were badly scuffed, had the leather peeling off, and were headed for the garbage. But I took them to Midtown Shoe Repair and asked the owner if he could make them look any better. Presto! They look brand new. I told him he was a miracle worker. Plus, he had them done within the week and it only cost me $10 for what looks like a new pair of shoes. In the future, I will take all my footwear to Midtown Shoe Repair."

"It saddens me to rate 1 star. Patronized this business for more than 10 years. I took my Louboutin shoes for a tap and it went horribly on my second trip. The damage done cost me $260 for repairs with another merchant. Good for regular work but never again for my high end purchases. The owner is very nice."
