"worst experience i’ve ever had, my nail beds are cut up, the length is all uneven and when i said i was unsatisfied, i was told my nail beds are too narrow. i just asked for them to be taken off because the tip is literally lifting and isn’t glued on my nail. she then told me it would be an additional 25 to remove them, will never be going back."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. The lady who did my nails was extremely rushed the entire time and on her phone. The nail was messed up and I asked her to fix it and after she “fixed” it it looked even worse. I do not recommend going here."

"This was the worst nail experience I've had since living in Auburn. I have long natural nails. As the manicurist roughly removed the dip powder, she broke a nail, and nonchalantly acted as if it didn't happen. When I showed her the broken tip of my nail, she proclaimed that my nail was weak. The polish on my pedicure smeared before I left the shop, and I had to ask the manicurist twice to remove the acetone residue from my fingers before leaving. Worst of all, I've only had my dip for a week, and it's chipping off. I just used nail glue to replace the dip that chipped off of my middle finger. Please don't waste your time or money."
