"Called prior to coming, there was 3 of us getting full set, they said they can sit one of us immediately, & then two of us would wait 20 mins, & that was fine. We waited for over an hour, our friend was seated, & her nails got started, & then the lady stopped to finish another lady. We all had plans so that’s why we called prior, so me & my other friend decided not to get ours because it took 2 1/2 hours for our friends to get done, & we’re highly upset. I’m not going back."
